Clear corrections matter more than silently rewriting a health statement.
What to send
Use the Contact page and include the page URL, language, disputed sentence, reason for concern and a supporting source if available. Do not include personal medical details or quiz answers.
How we handle it
The owner records the report, checks the cited source and routes health or search-content issues to seo-content-reviewer-1 and functional issues to qa-reviewer-1. Potentially harmful copy is removed or clarified before routine updates.
Change record
Material corrections update the page version and review dates and retain a short reason in the repository history. Typographical fixes may be grouped but remain traceable in version control.
